This photo was taken during the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard, now past and convicted Superintendent of NMUSD. Kimberly Mimms and NMUSD Community learned that the Board Meeting held on December 13, 2011 that Jeffrey Hubbard attended for the last time the public input area was edited out and withheld from public for almost 2 months. 

Another Parent, Good Teacher and Teacher Federation employee was also edited out in the Public Input Area and not put back in until after the trial. Kimberly notified the District way in advance and they stated first they were not aware of it, then there was a computer glitch, then noted on website "Corrected" version would be coming out or something to this effect. Kimberly asked for original copy that aired and Superintendents Office of Jeffrey Hubbard stated it was not available, then called back and they stated it was destroyed and the next time months later they stated it was "broken" and that no Brown Act was Violated.Kimberly went back to the NMUSD in October and November 2012 asking for answers why was this withheld and misleading to the Public, especially what was stated by Kimberly in the 12-13-11 meeting about the a Pattern of Behavior and served a verbal notice on Jeffrey Hubbard and Walt Davenport for not keeping her child safe in their NMUSD. 

Conclusion of these Board Meetings in Oct. and Nov. 2012, that Kimberly asked how did I receive a copy that was NOT BROKEN AND REQUESTED FOR BOARD MEMBERS AND OTHERS TO REPORT BACK IN NEXT MEETING.
