News Alert with NMUSD last week discovered more cover up information from District. Sherri from Superintendents office stated to Kimberly Mimms on phone that there was NO BROWN ACT VIOLATION ON 12-13-11 when the public input area was taken out.
It was stated that the machine was "broken" even though it took almost 2 months to put the "corrected" version on the website. In the past the blame was also stated it was the fault of the City in Costa Mesa who does the downloads on line on the NMUSD website. When Kimberly called them they are not responsible for what happened.
Interesting to note, what could have been stated by 3 people taken out and what was the Newport Mesa Unified School District Hiding in their SECRET CLUB?
Could it be a Teacher in District sharing her concerns about budget and money spent and wasted on a recent conference because of the cost involved.
Could it have been another Parent sharing how the District could support the personal issues of Dr. Hubbard about the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard?
Could it have been Kimberly Mimms, a now past Parent in the District shared how the PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR OF THIS UNSAFE DISTRICT AND SERVED A VERBAL COMPLAINT ON JEFFREY HUBBARD, NOW PAST SUPERINTENDENT FOUND GUILTY. Kimberly also shared her story with her child back in 2nd grade not being able to get water and go to bathroom readily, especially since her child had FOOD POISING DURING THIS TIME AND KNOWN BY PRINCIPAL OF THAT SCHOOL, DUAL TEACHERS AND SUPERINTENDENTS OFFICE AND STAFF EMPLOYEES. IMMEDIATE RETALIATION FOLLOWED THIS 2ND GRADER AT THAT TIME THAT IT BECAME UNSAFE TO FINISH THE SCHOOL YEAR AND PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SAID TO TAKE CHILD OUT OF THIS SCHOOL, WHICH KIMBERLY SHARED IN THIS MEETING. KIMBERLY ALSO SERVED VERBAL NOTICE ON WALT DAVENPORT, NOW PAST PRESIDENT AND CURRENT BOARD MEMBER.
Why were these 3 people taken out of public input area for such a long period of time. Could it have been not to influence the beginning of the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard. It likely was delayed for the public not to realize what was happening with the NMUSD Board supporting this Superintendent during the trial, after verdict and ESPECIALLY DURING THE SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD.
The investigation of what Kimberly and Community discovered is that not only the Brown Act WAS Violated to everyone's shock and opinion, it was the measures taken by TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS UP TO THE DISTRICT AND BOARD MEMBER LEVEL TO COVER UP ACTIONS AND SUPPORTING THEIR SUPERINTENDENT. THE REAL STORY WAS NOT KEEPING CHILDREN, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND OTHERS SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT AND THE CONSPIRACY AND MAGNITUDE TO PROTECT JEFFREY HUBBARD AND OTHERS AFTER HE WAS FOUND GUILTY.
The NMUSD wasted more tax dollars paying their Attorney to attend the trial to report back details of Trial stated in newspaper. The question is after the trial why would most of the Board Members still support the Superintendent, Jeffrey Hubbard. They certainly ALL were very aware what kind of corruption and unsafe acts, UNLAWFUL CONDUCT, School Policies broken and then CREATED TO TUCK AWAY HIDDEN IN THEIR CLUB OF COVER UPS AT THE EXPENSE OF HURTING OTHERS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN IN THEIR DISTRICT.
The real question is Why? Is it not easier to just see the truth, what is right, just, honorable and do the job that is expected of these School Officials!
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS INVESTIGATION IS ACCORDING TO THE NMUSD THE NMUSD BOARD MEETING ARCHIVE DVD WAS "BROKEN" FOR A CONVENIENT TIME PERIOD.
KIMBERLY CALLED TO ALERT THE DISTRICT OF THE PROBLEM.
THE PILOT NEWSPAPER WAS ALSO INFORMED, BUT DID NOTHING TO INVESTIGATE IT AS KIMBERLY HAD REQUESTED.....
IT WAS STATED TO KIMBERLY SOMETHING LIKE IT WAS, SHE WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER, THEY NEVER DID! ALTHOUGH THEY DID REPORT ON DAVE BROOKS LIST OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS IN THE DISTRICT (which were several, listing the number in newspaper) AND PEOPLE SHOULD SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEIR DISTRICT.
THE FACT IS KIMBERLY HAD ALREADY BEEN GIVEN THE VERSION THAT WAS COMPLETE WITHOUT IT BEING "BROKEN as stated by Sherri in Superintendents Office recently".
Wow how could this be that Kimberly had the copy GIVEN TO HER BY NMUSD DISTRICT.
Additionally, it was given to Bullyingwarrior and running on Youtube for this time period.
Kimberly even came to the NMUSD Board Meeting at the end of January 2012 and was handing it out to others in audience and even Mrs. Ketchum received a copy who spoke at this meeting about her daughter.
Halle a Senior at Corona Del Mar High School, who had previously a few years earlier was NOT PROTECTED BY SAME PEOPLE IN DISTRICT. Halle WAS THREATENED TO BE RAPED AND MURDERED BY 3 ATHLETES it was put on Facebook. You can read more information about Hallee story by googling: NMUSD Lawsuits.
It appears to many Community Members and many others across the United States that indeed THE BROWN ACT WAS VIOLATED" and information was withheld from the public.
