NMUSD SCHOOL DISTRICT DECEIVING PUBLIC ABOUT THEIR SCHOOL LEADERS NOT KEEPING ANOTHER CHILD SAFE FROM RETALIATION AFTER REPORTING COMPLAINTS IN NMUSD.
News Alert with NMUSD last week discovered more cover up information from District. Sherri from Superintendents office stated to Parent on phone that they were not aware of public input taken out, there must be a glitch from meeting on 12-13-11 when the public input area was missing with people speaking about public concerns and other important information including mishandling of public school funds and other important information.

Additionally, It was stated that the machine was "broken" even though it took almost 2 months to put the "corrected" version on the website. In the past the blame was also stated it was the fault of the City in Costa Mesa who does the downloads on line on the NMUSD website. When Parent called them they are not responsible for what happened.
Interesting to note, what could have been stated by 4 people taken out and what was the Newport Mesa Unified School District Hiding in their school district?
Could it be a Teacher in District sharing her concerns about budget and money spent and wasted on a recent conference because of the cost involved.
Could it have been another Parent sharing how the District could support the personal issues of Dr. Hubbard about the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard?
Could it have been Parent speaking about the PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR OF THIS UNSAFE DISTRICT AND SERVED A VERBAL COMPLAINT ON JEFFREY HUBBARD, NOW PAST SUPERINTENDENT FOUND GUILTY. Parent also shared her story with her child back in 2nd grade not being able to get water and go to bathroom readily, especially since her child had FOOD POISING DURING THIS TIME AND KNOWN BY PRINCIPAL OF THAT SCHOOL, DUAL TEACHERS AND SUPERINTENDENTS OFFICE AND STAFF EMPLOYEES. IMMEDIATE RETALIATION FOLLOWED THIS 2ND GRADER AT THAT TIME THAT IT BECAME UNSAFE TO FINISH THE SCHOOL YEAR AND PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SAID TO TAKE CHILD OUT OF THIS SCHOOL, WHICH Parent SHARED IN THIS MEETING. Parent ALSO SERVED VERBAL NOTICE ON WALT DAVENPORT, NOW PAST PRESIDENT AND CURRENT BOARD MEMBER.
Why were these 4 people taken out of public input area for such a long period of time. Could it have been not to influence the beginning of the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard. It likely was delayed for the public not to realize what was happening with the NMUSD Board supporting this Superintendent during the trial, after verdict and ESPECIALLY DURING THE SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD.
The investigation of what Parent and Community discovered is that not only under CA. Public Records Act there appeared to be a violation to everyone's shock and opinion. In fact it was the measures taken by TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS, UP TO THE DISTRICT AND BOARD MEMBER LEVEL TO COVER UP ACTIONS AND SUPPORTING THEIR SUPERINTENDENT KNOWING ABOUT PAST LAWSUITS FILED WITH PEOPLE NOT SAFE. IT APPEARED THE REAL STORY WAS NOT KEEPING CHILDREN, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND OTHERS SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT AND THE CONSPIRACY AND MAGNITUDE TO PROTECT JEFFREY HUBBARD AND OTHERS AFTER HE WAS FOUND GUILTY, THEN LATER CHARGES WERE REVERSED.
The NMUSD wasted more tax dollars paying their Attorney to attend the trial to report back details of Trial stated in newspaper. The question is after the trial why would most of the Board Members still support the Superintendent, Jeffrey Hubbard. They certainly ALL were very aware what kind of corruption and unsafe acts, were taking place with school policies broken.
The real question is Why? Is it not easier to just see the truth, what is right, just, honorable and do the job that is expected of these School Officials!
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS INVESTIGATION IS ACCORDING TO THE NMUSD THE NMUSD BOARD MEETING ARCHIVE DVD WAS "BROKEN" FOR A CONVENIENT TIME PERIOD.
Parent called again to ALERT THE DISTRICT OF THE PROBLEM that appeared to get ignored and was not corrected till after trial and sentencing.
THE PILOT NEWSPAPER WAS ALSO INFORMED, but did nothing to INVESTIGATE IT as Parent had requested.....
IT WAS STATED TO Parent SOMETHING LIKE THEY WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER, THEY NEVER DID! ALTHOUGH THEY DID REPORT ON DAVE BROOKS LIST OF ALL THE GREAT THINGS IN THE DISTRICT (which were several, listing the number in newspaper) AND PEOPLE SHOULD SAY GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEIR DISTRICT.
THE FACT IS PARENT HAD ALREADY BEEN GIVEN THE VERSION WITH PUBLIC INPUT WITH NO EDITING. THAT WAS COMPLETE WITHOUT IT BEING “ ROKEN" as stated by Sherri in Superintendents Office recently.
Wow how could this be that Parent had the copy GIVEN TO HER BY NMUSD DISTRICT.
Additionally, it was given to Bullyingwarrior and running on Youtube for this time period.
Parent even came to the NMUSD Board Meeting at the end of January 2012 and was handing DVD's out to others in audience and even Mrs. Ketchum received a copy who spoke at this meeting about her daughter, that included public input.
Halle a Senior at Corona Del Mar High School, who had previously a few years earlier was NOT PROTECTED BY SAME PEOPLE IN DISTRICT. Halle WAS THREATENED TO BE RAPED AND MURDERED BY 3 ATHLETES it was put on Facebook.
It appears to many Community Members and many others across the United States that indeed open transparency and public concerns about serious concerns about safety in their schools with school leaders and immediate retaliation follows complainants and were deliberately being withheld from the public.

How ironic it was during the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard now past Superintendent. The meeting in December 13, 2011 WAS EVEN EDITED OUT FOR MONTHS DURING THE PUBLIC INPUT AREA WHEN KIMBERLY, ANOTHER PARENT AND GOOD TEACHER SHARED THEIR CONCERNS TO JEFFREY HUBBARD.
THE BROWN ACT WAS VIOLATED WHEN IT WAS WITHHELD FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 MONTHS, BEFORE, DURING, AFTER TRIAL AND DURING SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD. EVEN THE MEETING IN JANUARY WAS WITHHELD AND NOT POSTED FOR A LONGER TIME PERIOD WHEN MRS. KETCHUM SPOKE ABOUT HER CHILD NOT BEING SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT WHEN THREATENED TO BE RAPED AND MURDERED WHEN THESE SAME SCHOOL OFFICIALS NEVER PROTECTED HER FAMILY TOO.
Why denial of claim after claims in this District and what are they hiding and covering up? Why protect other employees School Policies and unlawful practices year after year??
Why would the NMUSD District allow a 5th Grade Teacher be allowed to bring her toddler into classroom while Teaching her class for months at Newport Heights Elementary School in Newport Beach, CA.
Why would the Parent, Kimberly who reported this confidentially on phone to now past Principal (who works at District Office in NMUSD), Confidentially on Feb. 4, 2011 and then again in writing on Feb. 14, 2011 when this 5th Grade Teacher continued to bring her toddler starting approximately around 18-20 months old back in 2010 and continue during the school year in 2011.
WHY DID THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION NOT STEP IN TO HELP WHEN ENCOURAGING PARENT TO ATTEND KIMBERLY'S FIRST MEETING BACK ON
June 14, 2011? It only became more unsafe for her child at this school with the horrific retaliation from the 5th grade Teacher, very much known to Dept. of Education employees and other staff in Sacramento, CA.
Why was the front office employee giving special privileges to this Teacher only shuffling this Teacher's child back and forth leaving her front office tax paid position giving free child care and disrupting the school campus with a crying toddler going back to 5th Grade Teacher's classroom when she was not setting this toddler up on a front office computer watching programs to entertain child observed by others?
Why was another GOOD TEACHER PUSHED OUT AND RETALIATED AGAINST WHEN SHE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN, FALSE BLAME FROM HER SUPERVISOR FOLLOWED, SHE EVENTUALLY LEFT THIS SCHOOL OTHER TEACHER WAS PROTECTED TO BREAK SCHOOL POLICIES?
Why would this past Principal take no measures to protect this child, family and Good Teacher that reported these actions and School Policies Broken? What was he protecting and why go to these high measures to not care about a child who had major retaliation to only achieve equal education and a safe learning environment under the School Policy rules, laws and regulations in this District.
Why would this past Principal get reward months later after not providing a safe and secure school envirnment for this family and Good Teacher? What was he protecting?
Why and how is it possible that Board Members, past and current Superintendents would cover up these actions from their employees and DO NOTHING AND STATE IT NEVER HAPPENED AND DENY ANY ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND GOOD TEACHERS WHEN COMING FORWARD WITH ANY UNLAWFUL ACT OR SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN OR CREATED TO COVER UP A CONSPIRACY AND STICK TOGETHER WHEN THEIR JOB IS TO PROTECT OTHERS AND GIVE EQUAL, SAFE LEARNING AND WORK ENVIRONMENTS?
THE NMUSD COMMUNITY ONLY HAS THE NEXT 4 YEARS TO NOT LOOK FOWARD TO HAVING A SAFE AND GOOD CHANGES, BECAUSE NO OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS IS RUNNING AGAINST THEM IN THE ELECTIONS. ALTHOUGH KIMBERLY IS CONSIDERING RUNNING TO MAKE CHANGES HERSELF. IT WOULD BE WRITTEN IN VOTES INSTEAD OF DANA BLACK, CURRENT BOARD MEMBER. HOPEFULLY OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS WILL DO THIS TOO AND GET ANYONE OUT OF THESE LEADER POSITIONS WHO DON'T PROTECT OTHERS.
PLEASE ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO RUN AND BE WRITTEN IN AND SEE WHAT CAN HAPPEN FOR A SAFER NMUSD SCHOOL SYSTEM!
I would call this UNLAWFUL because they put children in danger and not providing equal education and conspiracy to cover up and make the paperwork all disappear. There has been a Parent, Kimberly Mimms in the NMUSD Community speaking out about her story and many others hearing this voice and others are Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, The Patch Newspaper across the United States, Great Schools, Channel 5, KTLA, Channel 11 Fox and Others.
This support of Kimberly and NMUSD Community have helped begin the healing of the devastation of this family, other children, Good Teachers and other Community Members.
THANKS TO the media and OTHER School Officials THAT have been following the corruption of these School Officials staying silent and doing nothing in this Community and stating no wrong doing or nothing happen at all as they deny complaint after complaint, even refusing to receive copies that were left at the podium in Board Meeting documented at a Board Meeting beginning in January 24, 2012 on public record.
How ironic it was during the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard now past Superintendent. The meeting in December 13, 2011 WAS EVEN EDITED OUT FOR MONTHS DURING THE PUBLIC INPUT AREA WHEN KIMBERLY, ANOTHER PARENT AND GOOD TEACHER SHARED THEIR CONCERNS TO JEFFREY HUBBARD.
THE BROWN ACT WAS VIOLATED WHEN IT WAS WITHHELD FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 MONTHS, BEFORE, DURING, AFTER TRIAL AND DURING SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD. EVEN THE MEETING IN JANUARY WAS WITHHELD AND NOT POSTED FOR A LONGER TIME PERIOD WHEN MRS. KETCHUM SPOKE ABOUT HER CHILD NOT BEING SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT WHEN THREATENED TO BE RAPED AND MURDERED WHEN THESE SAME SCHOOL OFFICIALS NEVER PROTECTED HER FAMILY TOO.
Why denial of claim after claims in this District and what are they hiding and covering up? Why protect other employees School Policies and unlawful practices year after year??
Why would the NMUSD District allow a 5th Grade Teacher be allowed to bring her toddler into classroom while Teaching her class for months at Newport Heights Elementary School in Newport Beach, CA.
Why would the Parent, Kimberly who reported this confidentially on phone to now past Principal (who works at District Office in NMUSD), Confidentially on Feb. 4, 2011 and then again in writing on Feb. 14, 2011 when this 5th Grade Teacher continued to bring her toddler starting approximately around 18-20 months old back in 2010 and continue during the school year in 2011.
WHY DID THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION NOT STEP IN TO HELP WHEN ENCOURAGING PARENT TO ATTEND KIMBERLY'S FIRST MEETING BACK ON
June 14, 2011? It only became more unsafe for her child at this school with the horrific retaliation from the 5th grade Teacher, very much known to Dept. of Education employees and other staff in Sacramento, CA.
Why was the front office employee giving special privileges to this Teacher only shuffling this Teacher's child back and forth leaving her front office tax paid position giving free child care and disrupting the school campus with a crying toddler going back to 5th Grade Teacher's classroom when she was not setting this toddler up on a front office computer watching programs to entertain child observed by others?
Why was another GOOD TEACHER PUSHED OUT AND RETALIATED AGAINST WHEN SHE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN, FALSE BLAME FROM HER SUPERVISOR FOLLOWED, SHE EVENTUALLY LEFT THIS SCHOOL OTHER TEACHER WAS PROTECTED TO BREAK SCHOOL POLICIES?
Why would this past Principal take no measures to protect this child, family and Good Teacher that reported these actions and School Policies Broken? What was he protecting and why go to these high measures to not care about a child who had major retaliation to only achieve equal education and a safe learning environment under the School Policy rules, laws and regulations in this District.
Why would this past Principal get reward months later after not providing a safe and secure school envirnment for this family and Good Teacher? What was he protecting?
Why and how is it possible that Board Members, past and current Superintendents would cover up these actions from their employees and DO NOTHING AND STATE IT NEVER HAPPENED AND DENY ANY ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND GOOD TEACHERS WHEN COMING FORWARD WITH ANY UNLAWFUL ACT OR SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN OR CREATED TO COVER UP A CONSPIRACY AND STICK TOGETHER WHEN THEIR JOB IS TO PROTECT OTHERS AND GIVE EQUAL, SAFE LEARNING AND WORK ENVIRONMENTS?
THE NMUSD COMMUNITY ONLY HAS THE NEXT 4 YEARS TO NOT LOOK FOWARD TO HAVING A SAFE AND GOOD CHANGES, BECAUSE NO OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS IS RUNNING AGAINST THEM IN THE ELECTIONS. Kimberly Mimms has spoke for over 1 year she met Mrs. Ketchum in person in January when they both spoke with David Brooks past Police Officer in Costa Mesa and current Board President. Mrs. Ketchum was speaking in Hail's behalf and other family's in District at the Board Meeting that was deliberately withheld and not released in a timely manner in many NMUSD Community Members opinion.
Before, during the trial and sentencing of Jeffrey Hubbard. Kimberly was edited out during the public input area with another Parent and Teacher at the meeting on December 13, 2011.
Kimberly served verbal notice on Jeffrey Hubbard, now past Superintendent and Walt Davenport, past President now Board Member for "not keeping her child safe" and not allowing her child to get water, go to bathroom as necessary when she had food poisoning known to Principal, Teacher as they Retaliated to an
7-8 year old back in 2006-07.

Additionally, Kimberly reported confidentially to Principal at the time her daughter's 5th grade Teacher bringing her 18 month old toddler into the class while Teaching her class, compromising the Education of her students. The front office Manager was offering free childcare service to this Teacher only, leaving her own job taking the toddler back and forth back to the 5th grade classroom of his Mom at Newport Heights Elementary School.
The Teacher proceeded to retaliate against Kimberly's child the next business day creating such an unsafe teaching environment for months ,that her child had to be taken out of her class the last 2 weeks of School.
Child was held against her will, left at field trip with others deliberately, false blame, withheld progress report in a timely manner, did not give correct grades, withheld school papers when attending another class, would not give lunch at times when Teacher canceled numerous tests on this child who had health issues at that time known to school and District.
This Teacher made child sit in chair no desk to take tests, change redo test days on this child only, Teacher also called child demeaning names and humiliated child on a constant basis in front of classmates. Note: Another brave came forward and emailed Teacher the last day of School on
6-24-11 minutes after the class ended for the school year, about the horrible conduct in the classroom and bringing her toddler into class with the constant disruption. Parent also mentioned the treatment to her child and the dreams the Teacher took away from the child and how Teacher effected her child's grades and excitement to attend her class!
THIS UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR WAS PROTECTED BY PRINCIPAL WHO MONTHS LATER GOT PROMOTED TO DISTRICT UNDER SUSAN ASTARITA, AFTER HURTING THE CHILD WITH INTIMIDATION, BULLYING AND DEMEANING ACTS AND MUCH MORE KNOWN TO DISTRICT FOR MONTHS, DOING NOTHING TO STEP IN AND HELP.
Complaints and Claims turned down with major paperwork to support claim and NEW SCHOOL POLICY CREATED BY SUSAN, STATING SOMETHING LIKE IT WAS MORE BENEFICIAL FOR THE TEACHER TO BRING HER TODDLER TO SCHOOL AND ON CAMPUS THEN IT WAS FOR HER TO MISS SCHOOL, DUE TO HER CHILD CARE ISSUES WHEN HER NANNY SHOWED UP LATE FOR MONTHS.
ANOTHER TEACHER REPORTED CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEE PROTECTING TEACHER TO DISTRICT BEFORE AND DURING SAME TIME, FALSE BLAME AND RETALIATION TOOK PLACE TO TEACHER AT NEWPORT HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SHE LEFT THE SCHOOL, BECAUSE SCHOOL POLICIES WERE BROKEN AND PEOPLE WERE NOT PROTECTED.
The trauma became so unsafe that when Kimberly took her child to school she did not know what would these School Officials do next. Kimberly had to pick her child up numerous times, due to treatment of some of the School Employees and Superintendents Office not protecting her daughter.
It is stated on camera at Board Meeting and was not released until 2 months later violating the Brown Act and when Kimberly asked for original copy NMUSD stated it was "destroyed", which is unlawful as well in a public meeting. The measures taken with the District on not providing an equal, safe educational environment and safe Work environment to some of their Good Teachers that reported drinking on the job back at Kelly Brooke Elementary School back on 2007 and now at the Corona Del Mar High School with a Teacher currently drinking on the job is beyond words.
The Pattern of Behavior continues and is all shown for the past Year and fully documented under the below sites and Kimberly's child, Hail's voice and so many other voices are not forgotten and very supported by many others and Kimberly having a voice for MANY IN NMUSD COMMUNITY.

It sounds like the child that suffered back injury from being attacked from someone who was alot older. Why did this story just get swept aside?

The CM PRESS received a report yesterday (3/21) that a fifth or sixth grader on the Davis School campus was the victim of an unprovoked assault by at least three older, and bigger, High School students who appeared to have entered the campus from Costa Mesa High School and who, for no reason, attacked the younger and smaller kid and left him on the ground. Davis is a 4th grade to 6th grade school so the kids there are from about 9 to 12 years old.
The incident is reported to have happened between about 2:50 and 3:00 p.m. when school was out and the City of Costa Mesa was running its after school program on the campus.
Information is sketchy and the CM PRESS seems to be getting a run-a-round from authorities, but it appears that the attackers have not been apprehended.
At this time, the CM PRESS does not know if the attackers were gang members or not, but we do know that Davis School has often had gang graffiti painted on the buildings and that this graffiti is quickly painted over by staff.
We are also concerned that the so-called intervention (as opposed to enforcement) strategy of some in local government and the NMUSD may be putting kids in danger because the interventionists may want to hide or downplay the reality of assaults and gang activity in order to calm fears of parents while at the same time furthering the interventionists' incorrect strategy of looking the other way when "minor assaults" and crimes take place so that the interventionists can befriend gang members, instead of having them arrested, in order to try to talk them out of being in gangs.
Our feeling that someone may be trying to cover this up wasn't assuaged when, as we were gathering information on this story, one official apparently tried to just have us go away by giving us an oil on troubled waters statement that the school was aware of the incident and that it was all taken care of (read, "It was no big deal. Hardly worth talking about").
When we persisted in our questions and demanded that we be told what was actually done, we were put on hold. The same person then came back on the line a few minutes later and told us that the "incident was under investigation." So, which is it? Is it no big deal or a big deal that requires investigation? Your guess is as good as ours.
In addition, as we were checking and double checking facts, we had one official on one telephone line who told us that the young kid who was assaulted complained of a hurt back, but that it was minor and no medical care was needed, while an official on the other line, at the same time, told us that the kid wasn't hurt at all. Both officials apparently had the same information.
We believe the official who said the kid was hurt was truthful, because we also heard that from a second source. So, why did the other official try to tell us the kid wasn't hurt at all?
Now, we don't want to make too big a deal out of this, but we believe our schools should be violence free and that parents and community members should be told the whole truth about such incidents and not be given a run-a-round.
When the safety of our children is at stake, we'd rather err on the side of caution.

Now, we don't want to make too big a deal out of this, but we believe our schools should be violence free and that parents and community members should be told the whole truth about such incidents and not be given a run-a-round.

ASSAULT ON DAVIS CAMPUS
The CM PRESS received a report yesterday (3/21) that a fifth or sixth grader on the Davis School campus was the victim of an unprovoked assault by at least three older, and bigger, High School students who appeared to have entered the campus from Costa Mesa High School and who, for no reason, attacked the younger and smaller kid and left him on the ground. Davis is a 4th grade to 6th grade school so the kids there are from about 9 to 12 years old.
The incident is reported to have happened between about 2:50 and 3:00 p.m. when school was out and the City of Costa Mesa was running its after school program on the campus.
Information is sketchy and the CM PRESS seems to be getting a run-a-round from authorities, but it appears that the attackers have not been apprehended.
At this time, the CM PRESS does not know if the attackers were gang members or not, but we do know that Davis School has often had gang graffiti painted on the buildings and that this graffiti is quickly painted over by staff.
We are also concerned that the so-called intervention (as opposed to enforcement) strategy of some in local government and the NMUSD may be putting kids in danger because the interventionists may want to hide or downplay the reality of assaults and gang activity in order to calm fears of parents while at the same time furthering the interventionists' incorrect strategy of looking the other way when "minor assaults" and crimes take place so that the interventionists can befriend gang members, instead of having them arrested, in order to try to talk them out of being in gangs.
Our feeling that someone may be trying to cover this up wasn't assuaged when, as we were gathering information on this story, one official apparently tried to just have us go away by giving us an oil on troubled waters statement that the school was aware of the incident and that it was all taken care of (read, "It was no big deal. Hardly worth talking about").
When we persisted in our questions and demanded that we be told what was actually done, we were put on hold. The same person then came back on the line a few minutes later and told us that the "incident was under investigation." So, which is it? Is it no big deal or a big deal that requires investigation? Your guess is as good as ours.
In addition, as we were checking and double checking facts, we had one official on one telephone line who told us that the young kid who was assaulted complained of a hurt back, but that it was minor and no medical care was needed, while an official on the other line, at the same time, told us that the kid wasn't hurt at all. Both officials apparently had the same information.
We believe the official who said the kid was hurt was truthful, because we also heard that from a second source. So, why did the other official try to tell us the kid wasn't hurt at all?

NEWPORT MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (NMUSD) not protecting another student in their District and unlawful conduct, school policies broken or created to cover up and back each other to hurt CHILDREN, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND STAFF IN THEIR DISTRICT.
News Alert: Bullyingwarrior in October found out with the NMUSD last week discovered more cover up information from District. Sherri from Superintendents office stated to Kimberly Mimms on phone that there was NO BROWN ACT VIOLATION ON 12-13-11 when the public input area was taken out.
It was stated that the machine was "broken" even though it took almost 2 months to put the "corrected" version on the website. In the past the blame was also stated it was the fault of the City in Costa Mesa who does the downloads on line on the NMUSD website. Could it have been Kimberly Mimms, a now past Parent in the District shared how the PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR OF THIS UNSAFE DISTRICT AND SERVED A VERBAL COMPLAINT ON JEFFREY HUBBARD, NOW PAST SUPERINTENDENT FOUND GUILTY.
Kimberly also shared her story with her child back in 2nd grade not being able to get water and go to bathroom readily, especially since her child had FOOD POISING DURING THIS TIME AND KNOWN BY PRINCIPAL OF THAT SCHOOL, DUAL TEACHERS AND SUPERINTENDENTS OFFICE AND STAFF EMPLOYEES. IMMEDIATE RETALIATION FOLLOWED THIS 2ND GRADER AT THAT TIME THAT IT BECAME UNSAFE TO FINISH THE SCHOOL YEAR AND PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN SAID TO TAKE CHILD OUT OF THIS SCHOOL, WHICH KIMBERLY SHARED IN THIS MEETING on 12-13-11.

It likely was delayed for the public not to realize what was happening with the NMUSD Board supporting this Superintendent during the trial, after verdict and ESPECIALLY DURING THE SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD.
The investigation of what Kimberly and Community discovered is that not only the Brown Act WAS Violated to everyone's shock and opinion, it was the measures taken by TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS UP TO THE DISTRICT AND BOARD MEMBER LEVEL TO COVER UP ACTIONS AND SUPPORTING THEIR SUPERINTENDENT. THE REAL STORY WAS NOT KEEPING CHILDREN, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND OTHERS SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT AND THE CONSPIRACY AND MAGNITUDE TO PROTECT JEFFREY HUBBARD AND OTHERS AFTER HE WAS FOUND GUILTY.
The NMUSD wasted more tax dollars paying their Attorney to attend the trial to report back details of Trial stated in newspaper. The question is after the trial why would most of the Board Members still support the Superintendent, Jeffrey Hubbard. They certainly ALL were very aware what kind of corruption and unsafe acts, UNLAWFUL CONDUCT, School Policies broken and then CREATED TO TUCK AWAY HIDDEN IN THEIR CLUB OF COVER UPS AT THE EXPENSE OF HURTING OTHERS, ESPECIALLY CHILDREN IN THEIR DISTRICT.
The real question is Why?
Is it not easier to just see the truth, what is right, just, honorable and do the job that is expected of these School Officials!
