HERE IS SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD AND OTHERS WHO FACE GOING TO SCHOOL AND BEING AFRAID FROM THE BULLY’S AND SCHOOL EMPLOYEES NOT PROTECTING THEM……

JUSTICE FOR YOUR GRANDDAUGHTER, STORY ABOUT SAMMY, OTHER STUDENTS, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS WHO REPORT "BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS”.

Dest, you are doing a wonderful job for your granddaughter and being her advocate with your family. Keep up the good job and don’t give up the fight for justice for your granddaughter. I am so proud of your granddaughter for standing up for herself from ‘BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS”.

People across the United States have gone thru similar experiences like your family. It is the rarely discussed issue when you report school violations, crimes against kids, retaliation from school officials that our tax dollars employee these individuals that NEVER should work around kids in the first place.

You are right what you said that people need to stick together and go all the way up to Supreme Court if necessary about State Employees at Schools who create there own laws, protect nepotism practices to destroy families, Good Teachers and others that come forward in reporting complaints or claims.

Remember even if you have already gone to your local police department and they refuse to investigate or even take a complaint, they could respectfully be in on not protecting a students rights TO GO TO SCHOOL WITHOUT HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT RETALIATION FROM A PRINCIPAL AND OTHERS THAT DO NOT PROVIDE A SAFE EDUCATIONAL OR WORK ENVIRONMENT, OR EQUAL EDUCATION.

If you go to your District Attorney and report and give supporting evidence with paperwork or a visual documentation at School Board Meetings and they do not investigate, go to Dept. of Education and then Dept. of Justice. It is most shocking when anyone turns away not to help others, especially a child being injured from School Authorities.

Unfortunately, in some cases you will experience even School Board Members and Superintendents protecting the perpetrators and victimize the victim further. Don’t let these individuals shatter your life and change things like you once knew it.

EXPOSE THE FRAUD, SCHOOL VIOLATIONS AND HELP WARN OTHERS AND LETS ALL WORK HARD TO GET MORE BILLS INTO LAW TO STOP THIS ABUSE AND HURTING LIVES OF OUR PRECIOUS CHILDREN, DISTRICT WORKERS WHO QUIT THEIR JOBS FROM NEPOTISM HIRING PRACTICES AND BRAVE PEOPLE THAT COME FORWARD FOR HONOR, DIGNITY AND RESPECT.

NMUSD needs to remember the case Brown v. Board of Education, when they do NOT PROTECT STUDENTS, FAMILIES AND OTHERS IN THEIR DISTRICT.

Brown v. Board of Ed according to Richard Isaacs an Education Attorney is applicable to my son's situation because it was created to eliminate prejudice in education for all people. However it also allowed for the creation of other laws for Special Needs students including FAPE. So before anyone calls me anything negative and judges me as not knowledgable in History please note I am working with an Attorney and I am a former History major. I know what I'm talking about. Thank you to those who have been supportive.

What Is needed is a class action lawsuit against the districts nationwide because this is in direct violation of Brown v. Board of Education and what happened to my son is rampant throughout the U.S

You both are amazing warriors to take a stand against NMUSD. What a GREAT MOM you are for being a advocate for your son.
Keep up the great job David and don't let the bullies hurt you with their unkind words, including ANY SCHOOL STAFF THAT DON'T take a stand to PROTECT YOU.

Our family has been fighting the battle for over 2 years from BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS that cover up nepotism practices, break school violations, cover them up and break laws to not protect good students, families, and devoted Teachers for reporting claims and complaints. The measures the district will go even creating FRAUD is not just a crime, but can shatter your life and make you STRONGER to stand up for the truth. There are many people in the district that NEavaear SHOULD WORK AROUND CHILDREN and the Dept. of Justice should look into these PATTERNS of BehavIor that have gone on for years.

These people destroy the lives of children, families, Good Teachers and others and are protected under nepotism practices when reaching out for help these school officials appear to be above the law and do not protect others in their District.

The Newport Mesa Unified School District is one example of what investigations have been exposed over the past 10 years. Please help make changes in this district and others across the nation that need to stop Bullying from Top School Officials, follow the law and their own school policies.

Bullying From Top School Officials

Bullying From Top School Officials helps Children, Families, Good Teachers/Staff and others to have a VOICE in their School Community. It is beginning in the NMUSD and hopefully will go Nationwide. People should all feel safe when Reporting Unlawful Practices, especially when protecting a child. There should be no Retaliation, bullying at school, law enforcement training, anti bullying and prevention of bullying in Complaint or Claim Process. There should be a NEW Bullying LAW beginning in CA. by Governor Brown and go nationwide on bullying in the school, prevent bullying from anyone including School Officials. Everyone should take a stand against bullying and hopes Assemblyman Mansoor, Assemblyman Eng, Senators, Governor Brown, Congress, our President and others will take a stand against Bullying of any kind in Our Schools and Nepotism Practices. Bullying Laws should include and protect not only school children, but, Unlawful Bullying from School Officials against Good Teachers and Staff. Bullying Laws should help School Employees, Students and their Families not be powerless, fearful or be afraid to stand up for Justice, and free from retaliation and treated with dignity in filing complaints or claims with a School District. Even if 1 person speaks for their family and other voices in nmusd Community that are to afraid speak their VOICES SHOULD ALL STILL BE HEARD. There should be immediate action taken with School Officials that support nepotism practices, abuse their position, break school policies, penal codes violations that are covered up, not withheld or having accountability for unlawful actions to harm others.
