PLEASE COME TO THE NEWPORT MESA UNIFIED BOARD MEETING TONIGHT AND SUPPORT OTHERS IN COMMUNITY THAT HAVE BEEN HURT AND FOREVER CHANGED IN THIS UNSAFE DISTRICT. Hail's words stating 
“I hope the students at Corona del Mar High School will learn from my experience that it’s possible to stand up for what is right and prevail.” This high school senior back in 2011, was threatened to be raped and murdered by 3 athletes at Corona Del Mar High School. This school is still supporting unlawful acts and conduct to others and many others in the NMUSD. Please support us and lets try to get a recall on these Board Members that only seem to support each others unlawful acts and School Policies broken!

This begins in Newport Mesa Unified School District across Nation & World with this rare topic. There should be bill created into LAW TO PROTECT EVERYONE WHEN REPORTING UNLAWFUL CONDUCT & SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN. 

Kimberly Mimms has spoke for over 1 year she met Mrs. Ketchum in person in January when they both spoke with David Brooks past Police Officer in Costa Mesa and current Board President. Mrs. Ketchum was speaking in Hail's behalf and other family's in District at the Board Meeting that was deliberately withheld and not released in a timely manner in many NMUSD Community Members opinion.

Before, during the trial and sentencing of Jeffrey Hubbard. Kimberly was edited out during the public input area with another Parent and Teacher at the meeting on December 13, 2011. 

Kimberly served verbal notice on Jeffrey Hubbard, now past Superintendent and Walt Davenport, past President now Board Member for "not keeping her child safe" and not allowing her child to get water, go to bathroom as necessary when she had food poisoning known to Principal, Teacher as they Retaliated to an 
7-8 year old back in 2006-07.  

Additionally, Kimberly reported confidentially to Principal at the time her daughter's 5th grade Teacher bringing her 18 month old toddler into the class while Teaching her class, compromising  the Education of her students. The front office Manager was offering free childcare service to this Teacher only, leaving her own job taking the toddler back and forth back to the 5th grade classroom of his Mom at Newport Heights Elementary School.

The Teacher proceeded to retaliate against Kimberly's child the next business day creating such an unsafe teaching environment for months ,that her child had to be taken out of her class the last 2 weeks of School. 

Child was held against her will, left at field trip with others deliberately, false blame, withheld progress report in a timely manner, did not give correct grades, withheld school papers when attending another class, would not give lunch at times when Teacher canceled numerous tests on this child who had health issues at that time known to school and District. 

This Teacher made child sit in chair no desk to take tests, change redo test days on this child only, Teacher also called child demeaning names and humiliated child on a constant basis in front of classmates. Note: Another brave came forward and emailed Teacher the last day of School on 
6-24-11 minutes after the class ended for the school year, about the horrible conduct in the classroom and bringing her toddler into class with the constant disruption. Parent also mentioned the treatment to her child and the dreams the Teacher took away from the child and how Teacher effected her child's grades and excitement to attend her class!

THIS UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR WAS PROTECTED BY PRINCIPAL WHO MONTHS LATER GOT PROMOTED TO DISTRICT UNDER SUSAN ASTARITA, AFTER HURTING THE CHILD WITH INTIMIDATION, BULLYING AND DEMEANING ACTS AND MUCH MORE KNOWN TO DISTRICT FOR MONTHS, DOING NOTHING TO STEP IN AND HELP.

Complaints and Claims turned down with major paperwork to support claim and NEW SCHOOL POLICY CREATED BY SUSAN, STATING SOMETHING LIKE IT WAS MORE BENEFICIAL FOR THE TEACHER TO BRING HER TODDLER TO SCHOOL AND ON CAMPUS THEN IT WAS FOR HER TO MISS SCHOOL, DUE TO HER CHILD CARE ISSUES WHEN HER NANNY SHOWED UP LATE FOR MONTHS. 

ANOTHER TEACHER REPORTED CONDUCT BY EMPLOYEE PROTECTING TEACHER TO DISTRICT BEFORE AND  DURING SAME TIME,  FALSE BLAME AND RETALIATION TOOK PLACE TO TEACHER AT NEWPORT HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, SHE LEFT THE SCHOOL, BECAUSE SCHOOL POLICIES WERE BROKEN AND PEOPLE WERE NOT PROTECTED.

The trauma became so unsafe that when Kimberly took her child to school she did not know what would these School Officials do next. Kimberly had to pick her child up numerous times, due to treatment of some of the School Employees and Superintendents Office not protecting her daughter.

It is stated on camera at Board Meeting and was not released until 2 months later violating the Brown Act and when Kimberly asked for original copy NMUSD stated it was "destroyed", which is unlawful as well in a public meeting.  The measures taken with the District on not providing an equal, safe educational environment and safe Work environment to some of their Good Teachers that reported drinking on the job back at Kelly Brooke Elementary School back on 2007 and now at the Corona Del Mar High School with a Teacher currently drinking on the job is beyond words.



The Pattern of Behavior continues and is all shown for the past Year and fully documented under the below sites and Kimberly's child, Hail's voice and so many other voices are not forgotten and very supported by many others and Kimberly having a voice for MANY IN NMUSD COMMUNITY.            



Please help stop this conduct, help our children, families, Good Teachers and others and come to the meeting tonight at 7:00pm., public input area is around 7:30-7:45pm. the 1st time and 2nd public input at the end of the night, listen for others to speak out and ask for ACCOUNTABILITY AND ASK BOARD MEMBERS WHO CAN NOT PROTECT, ABIDE BY LAWS AND SCHOOL POLICIES TO STEP DOWN OR BE RECALLED ASAP.
