Bullyingwarrior shares: Media friends support of Kimberly & NMUSD Community helped begin the healing devastation family, other children, Good Teachers & Community Members hearing their VOICES AND HELP.

Watch what Bullyingwarrior and Community in Newport Mesa Unified School District has been doing for the past year to stop crime and corruption in our school system in Newport Beach and Costa Mesa, CA.  

This entire story has been documented over a year and continues to be recorded for others to learn what destruction that BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS DOES IN OUR COMMUNITY. BOARD MEMBERS, SUPERINTENDENTS, PRINCIPALS REWARDED FOR BREAKING SCHOOL POLICIES AND SUPPORTING UNLAWFUL ACTS TO CHILDREN, FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND OTHERS IN THIS COMMUNITY.

There has been a Parent, Kimberly Mimms in the NMUSD Community speaking out about her story and many others hearing this voice and others are Youtube, Twitter, Facebook, The Patch Newspaper across the United States, Great Schools, Channel 5, KTLA, Channel 11 Fox and Others.

This support of Kimberly and NMUSD Community have helped begin the healing of the devastation of this family, other children, Good Teachers and other Community Members.


THANKS TO the media and OTHER School Officials THAT have been following the corruption of these School Officials staying silent and doing nothing in this Community and stating no wrong doing or nothing happen at all as they deny complaint after complaint, even refusing to receive copies that were left at the podium in Board Meeting documented at a Board Meeting beginning in January 24, 2012 on public record. 

How ironic it was during the trial of Jeffrey Hubbard now past Superintendent. The meeting in December 13, 2011 WAS EVEN EDITED OUT FOR MONTHS DURING THE PUBLIC INPUT AREA WHEN KIMBERLY, ANOTHER PARENT AND GOOD TEACHER SHARED THEIR CONCERNS TO JEFFREY HUBBARD. 

THE BROWN ACT WAS VIOLATED WHEN IT WAS WITHHELD FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 MONTHS, BEFORE, DURING, AFTER TRIAL AND DURING SENTENCING OF JEFFREY HUBBARD. EVEN THE MEETING IN JANUARY WAS WITHHELD AND NOT POSTED FOR A LONGER TIME PERIOD WHEN MRS. KETCHUM SPOKE ABOUT HER CHILD NOT BEING SAFE IN THIS DISTRICT WHEN THREATENED TO BE RAPED AND MURDERED WHEN THESE SAME SCHOOL OFFICIALS NEVER PROTECTED HER FAMILY TOO. 

Why denial of claim after claims in this District and what are they hiding and covering up? Why protect other employees School Policies and unlawful practices year after year??

Why would the NMUSD District allow a 5th Grade Teacher be allowed to bring her toddler into classroom while Teaching her class for months at Newport Heights Elementary School in Newport Beach, CA. 

Why would the Parent, Kimberly who reported this confidentially on phone to now past Principal (who works at District Office in NMUSD), Confidentially on Feb. 4, 2011 and then again in writing on Feb. 14, 2011 when this 5th Grade Teacher continued to bring her toddler starting approximately around 18-20 months old back in 2010 and continue during the school year in 2011.

WHY DID THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION NOT STEP IN TO HELP WHEN ENCOURAGING PARENT TO ATTEND KIMBERLY'S FIRST MEETING BACK ON 
June 14, 2011? It only became more unsafe for her child at this school with the horrific retaliation from the 5th grade Teacher, very much known to Dept. of Education employees and other staff in Sacramento, CA.

Why was the front office employee giving special privileges to this Teacher only shuffling this Teacher's child back and forth leaving her front office tax paid position giving free child care and disrupting the school campus with a crying toddler going back to 5th Grade Teacher's classroom when she was not setting this toddler up on a front office computer watching programs to entertain child observed by others?  

Why was another GOOD TEACHER PUSHED OUT AND RETALIATED AGAINST WHEN SHE DID NOT AGREE WITH THE SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN, FALSE BLAME FROM HER SUPERVISOR FOLLOWED, SHE EVENTUALLY LEFT THIS SCHOOL OTHER TEACHER WAS PROTECTED TO BREAK SCHOOL POLICIES?

Why would this past Principal take no measures to protect this child, family and Good Teacher that reported these actions and School Policies Broken? What was he protecting and why go to these high measures to not care about a child who had major retaliation to only achieve equal education and a safe learning environment under the School Policy rules, laws and regulations in this District.

Why would this past Principal get reward months later after not providing a safe and secure school envirnment for this family and Good Teacher? What was he protecting?

Why and how is it possible that Board Members, past and current Superintendents would cover up these actions from their employees and DO NOTHING AND STATE IT NEVER HAPPENED AND DENY ANY ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG CHILDREN, FAMILIES AND GOOD TEACHERS WHEN COMING FORWARD WITH ANY UNLAWFUL ACT OR SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN OR CREATED TO COVER UP A CONSPIRACY AND STICK TOGETHER WHEN THEIR JOB IS TO PROTECT OTHERS AND GIVE EQUAL, SAFE LEARNING AND WORK ENVIRONMENTS? 

THE NMUSD COMMUNITY ONLY HAS THE NEXT 4 YEARS TO NOT LOOK FOWARD TO HAVING A SAFE AND GOOD CHANGES, BECAUSE NO OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS IS RUNNING AGAINST THEM IN THE ELECTIONS. ALTHOUGH KIMBERLY IS CONSIDERING RUNNING TO MAKE CHANGES HERSELF. IT WOULD BE WRITTEN IN VOTES INSTEAD OF DANA BLACK, CURRENT BOARD MEMBER. HOPEFULLY OTHER COMMUNITY MEMBERS WILL DO THIS TOO AND GET ANYONE OUT OF THESE LEADER POSITIONS WHO DON'T PROTECT OTHERS. 
PLEASE ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO RUN AND BE WRITTEN IN AND SEE WHAT CAN HAPPEN FOR A SAFER NMUSD SCHOOL SYSTEM!

I would call this UNLAWFUL because they put children in danger and not providing equal education and conspiracy to cover up and make the paperwork all disappear. What would you call it if you were the victim or this was happening to your child, relative, friend or neighbor or a Good Teacher you might know?

    NMUSD COMMUNITY was hoping from the VERY BEGINNING LAST YEAR your dedicated newspaper would report the true and accurate account of the lives being destroyed by the NMUSD under Jeffrey Hubbard, there now past and CONVICTED SUPERINTENDENT.

    PEOPLE RISKING THEIR JOBS, PARENTS AND KIDS NOT SAFE WHEN COMING FORWARD WITH UNLAWFUL AND SCHOOL POLICIES BROKEN. THE PEOPLE THAT CAME FORWARD WITH KIMBERLY TO SHARE THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE WITH THE NMUSD AND NEWPORT HEIGHTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND THE DEVASTATION AND CORRUPT PUBLIC EDUCATION SCHOOL SYSTEM AT THIS DISTRICT WITH YOUR REPORTER.

    THIS ABUSIVE TREATMENT OF THE TEACHER BEING UPSET SHE COULD NOT BRING HER TODDLER INTO THE CLASSROOM ANYMORE AND TAKING IT OUT ON SPECIFIC STUDENTS AND FAMILIES. PRINCIPAL SHOWING SPECIAL TREATMENT NOT NON BIAS TO STOP TEACHER FROM COMPROMISING EDUCATION OF HER STUDENTS WITH HER TODDLER COMING INTO CLASSROOM AND ONTO CAMPUS WHILE TEACHING HER STUDENTS. TO UPHOLD SCHOOL POLICIES OR PROTECT KIDS FROM RETALIATION AND NOT PROVIDE A SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.

    THE CONDUCT OF THE PRINCIPAL AT THAT TIME ALLOWING SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR THIS TEACHER ALLOWED TO BREAK SCHOOL POLICY AND NOT PROTECT A CHILD AND FAMILY FOR REPORTING IT CONFIDENTIALLY AND THEN TELLING THE TEACHER IT WAS KIMBERLY.

    THE EMPLOYEE SPOKE ABOUT THE RETALIATION, FALSE BLAME INSTILLED ON THEM AND UNFOUNDED AND BULLYING TREATMENT. THIS PERSON ALSO DID NOT AGREE THAT THE TEACHER WAS BRINGING HER CHILD ONTO CLASS MONTH AFTER MONTH WHEN HER NANNY WAS LATE ON A CONSISTENT BASIS.

    THESE PEOPLE ARE HOPING THAT ****, WILL WRITE ABOUT THE TRUE FACTS OF THE MEETING AND WHAT THEY HAVE HEARD AND SEEN FIRST HAND.

    IT DID NOT MAKE SENSE TO MANY PEOPLE THAT THIS STORY DID NOT GET OUT TO PROTECT AND HELP OUR NMUSD SCHOOL DISTRICT AND HOLD THEM RESPONSIBLE TO STOP THEIR PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR FROM HURTING AND NOT PROTECTING ANY OTHER CHILDREN, PARENTS, EMPLOYEES IN THEIR SCHOOLS AND MANY STILL HAVE BEEN GETTING HURT, TRUST BROKEN AND LIVES SHATTERED.

    PERHAPS THIS REPORTER WAS BULLIED NOT TO WRITE ABOUT THIS STORY OR FELT PRESSURED NOT TO EXPOSE THE SCHOOL AND DISTRICT OFFICE FOR SOME REASON. COMMUNITY MEMBERS ARE HOPEFUL THAT THE PILOT WILL SHARE THE TRUE FACTS TO HELP STOP THESE SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND LEADERS THAT INSTILL FEAR AND OVERSTEP THEIR POWER TO CHANGE LIVES FOREVER AND ESPECIALLY STOP HURTING OUR CHILDREN.
