News Information: Part of the Problem with the Complaint/Claim Process in NMUSD, under their past Superintendent Jeffrey Hubbard's, now past convicted Superintendent from the BHUSD, they keep many school policies broken or created to protect people in their Newport Mesa Unified School District.

Why would these Government Officials keep information to harm children, families, Good Teachers and others a secret and hidden from public?  This is unfortunetly how School Officials in the NMUSD protect Unlawful acts and say to a person filing Complaints/claims that it NEVER happen at all or create a paper trail on there Agenda Reports appearing to be FRAUD!

News Alert: Wow I never heard of a PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHER  TO HAVE SPECIAL PRIVILEGES BY A PAST PRINCIPAL IN 2010/2011 TO BRING HER TODDLER INTO HER 5TH GRADE CLASS WHILE TEACHING HER CLASS MONTH AFTER MONTH.

Department of Education said it was against school policy, so did Superintendent's Office, even the Principal at the time said it was, so why did they continue to allow this to happen?

Did you know that Newport Heights Elementary School in Newport Beach, CA. their Superintendents Office under Susan Astarita, Assistant Superintendent created a NEW SCHOOL POLICY on 9-12-11  allowing a TEACHER TO COME WITH HER BABY BECAUSE IT WAS MORE BENEFICIAL THAN THE TEACHER NOT TO BE THEIR.....What about Substitute Teachers that needed work?

The Complaint filed brought immediate retaliation to a 11 year old child, it became an unsafe learning environment and not equal education and cruel and demeaning treatment to child and Family, including another Good Teacher had false blame and similar treatment she too did not agree that this other Teacher was allowed to bring her toddler into the class while teaching her class.

 Parent confidentially asked Principal why the Teacher was doing this?

This Principal was asked by Parent why did you tell the Teacher it was me and it was stated something like it was NOT CONFIDENTIAL. IT WAS THEN STATED DON'T YOU THINK THERE WOULD BE REPERCUSSIONS FROM THE TEACHER BECAUSE OF YOU TELLING HER? THE NEXT RESPONSE WAS IT WASNT CONFIDENTIAL OR SOMETHING TO THIS EFFECT.

SHOCKING TO PUT A CHILD IN JEOPARDY WITH ANGER, RESENTMENT, DEMEANING NAME CALLING, FALSE BLAME, WITH HELD GRADES AND CORRECT GRADES INCLUDING SCHOOL TOOLS NOT GIVEN,  HOLDING CHILD AGAINST THEIR WILL AFTER SCHOOL DEMEANING AND HUMILIATING CHILD IN FRONT OF OTHERS FOR FALSE BLAME. CHILD MISSING ON CAMPUS AND PAGED OVER INTERCOM SYSTEM, MAKING CHILD CRY HYSTERICALLY WHERE CHILD COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK WORDS ON THE PHONE TO PARENT WHERE SHE WAS AND PRIVATE TUTOR WAS CONCERNED WHERE CHILD WAS TOO. (SAME TEACHER HELD A VERY YOUNG CHILD IN 1ST GRADE AFFTER SCHOOL AND MISSED BUS, PARENT WAS NOTIFIED WHEN CHILD WAS NOT ON BUS, CHILD FOUND ON CURB AT SCHOOL, PARENT ASKED THAT SAME PRINCIPAL NOW WORKING AT DISTRICT WHAT HAPPENED, THE RESPONSE WAS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. IT IS SHOCKING WHEN THIS SAME TEACHER HAS DONE THIS TO OTHER KIDS AND THESE SCHOOL OFFICIALS HAVE NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR FEEL NO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE PARENTS.
THERE WAS MUCH MORE THAT HAPPENED INCLUDING THIS CHILD AND OTHERS WERE LEFT AT A FIELD TRIP UNATTENDED AND HAD FALSE BLAME FOR SOMETHING 2 OTHER STUDENTS DID THAT WERE MINOR.

HOW COULD A SUPERINTENDENT'S OFFICE CREATE A NEW SCHOOL POLICY WHEN IT WAS AGAINST THEIR SCHOOL POLICY?

CHILDREN, PARENTS, GOOD TEACHERS, OTHERS AND COMMUNITY FEEL THINGS SHOULD BE TRANSPARENT AND OPEN IN REPORTING ANYTHING UNLAWFUL OR AGAINST SCHOOL POLICY TO HURT A CHILD, FAMILY, GOOD TEACHERS OR STAFF.

THERE SHOULD BE ''NO FEAR FOR COMING FORWARD'",  IN FACT IT SHOWS YOUR CHILD OR PEOPLE THAT YOU TAKE A STAND FOR TRUTH, JUSTICE FOR EVERYONE FREE OF RETALIATION OR UNJUST AND CRUEL TREATMENT TO ANYONE.......

YOU WILL SEE AN EMAIL, HOWEVER WHEN SENT AND ACKNOWLEDGED THERE WERE ADDITIONAL EMAILS ATTACHED WITH EVIDENCE!!!!!THANK YOU FOR CARING AND TAKING A STAND WITH FAMILIES, GOOD TEACHERS AND OTHERS IN COMMUNITY.

We need to hold any school official responsible and accountable and TAKE A STAND TO GET THEM OUT OF THEIR POSITIONS AND STOP HURTING, OVERSTEP POWER AND SHATTER LIVES AND STOP THEM FROM MOVING ON TO THEIR NEXT VICTIM.

Dear Dr. Hubbard,
Please review the following e-mails and I hope and pray you will investigate these formal complaints and they will be taken very seriously concerning the actions and behavior of some of your staff, teachers, at Newport Heights and your staff at the school district, especially XX. XXX, and your past employee XXXX XXXX. I look forward in great anticipation, faith that you will not ignore the behavior of these people and the conduct of a teacher at Newport Heights Elementary, Mrs. xxxxxx. Please review my e-mails and follow up with me at your earliest convenience. Children are being emotionally hurt, by the conduct of this teacher and Mrs. xxxxxis not providing a safe learning educational environment effecting grades,'not providing educational tools, schoolwork for every student, specifically my child after I reported her bringing her toddler to class for months disrupting the educational experience of my Childs 5th grade class recently. Thank you for your time and attention,'concerning this very important business matter. Please excuse some of the mis-typed words.
