Kimberly Mimms addresses her case and wants programs to keep schools safer in the district. She also expresses that bullying are not just from child to child but can come from top school officials to other teachers or students. She has spoken many times and wants to cooperate with the board but they continue to ignore her case. She also mentions that she has spoken with teachers and staff that have felt mistreated for reporting misconducts from other staff members.
