Kimberly Mimms starts her speech to the board about her concern for Hubbard and his unlawful practices that he was criminalized for. She then restates that the board take a look at her daughter’s case and expresses that she wants to work with them instead of against them. She calls that an investigation be taken and see the evidence that Kimberly Mimms has provided.
