BULLYINGWARRIOR SHARES: Kimberly leaves copies of her 1st claim for each of the Board Members and Superintendent, when she was told at the NMUSD Board Meeting in Jan. 2012 by Dave Brooks her information had been taken apart by an unknown person in the Superintendent’s Office and at District.
NMUSD Community Members and Kimberly know this was considered FRAUD, especially when it was information, evidence that harmed her child from RETALIATION after reporting at Newport Heights Elementary School a 5th grade Teacher breaking a School Violation bringing her toddler onto campus and into Teachers classroom while Teaching.
You can hear board President, Dave Brooks refusing information and not to be given to Board Members, so Kimberly leaves the copies at the podium.
Many people in the District and at Board Meeting still wonder what happened to the copies left at the podium and why know body followed up on a school violation endangering the safety, dignity, respect and equal education of a elementary school child.
Is it not their job to protect, treat everyone equal and simply get to the bottom of why many school employees allowed BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS, THAT COVERED UP FRAUD, SCHOOL VIOLATIONS AND CREATED NEW POLICIES THAT ARE STILL UNHEARD OF TO DATE BY THE DEPT. OF EDUCATION IN SACRAMENTO AND ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
