NMUSD: WHAT WAS REALLY HAPPENING IN THE DISTRICT BEFORE JEFFREY HUBBARD’S BHUSD TRIAL?


Bullyingwarrior uncovered letter after trial in BHUSD with Jeffrey Hubbard being found guilty.

What was really happening in the NEWPORT MESA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT PRIOR TO THIS TRIAL?

ALL COMMUNITIES AND SCHOOL DISTRICTS SHOULD HAVE MORE BULLYING LAWS, PREVENT BULLYING, HAVE ANTI BULLYING CAMPUS, LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING, TEACHER BULLYING PREVENTION, STRICTER BULLYING LAWS, BOARD MEETINGS THAT WELCOME OPEN COMPLAINTS AND SOLUTIONS, NOT HIDE THEM.
HAVE A BULLYING SPEAKER ON A MONTHLY BASIS EDUCATING STUDENTS AND THEIR STAFF  WORKING TOGETHER IN A HARMONIOUS, UNITED AND OPEN MANNER TO EXPERIENCE SECURITY FREE FROM ANY KIND OF BULLYING.

WHY WERE MANY SCHOOL VIOLATIONS BEING BROKEN AND PROTECTED UNDER THE NMUSD SCHOOL DISTRICT IN 2011/2012 AND EVEN YEARS BEFORE IN THIS DISTRICT?

THE NMUSD COMMUNITY BELIEVE IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY SCHOOL EMPLOYEE AND ESPECIALLY TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS AND LEADERS TO PREVENT ANY RETALIATION FROM REPORTING A SCHOOL VIOLATION BEING VIOLATED, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO HARMING A CHILD.

WHY WOULD THE NMUSD DISTRICT, ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NOT PROVIDE EQUAL EDUCATION, NOT HAVE A CHILD EXPERIENCE A SAFE SCHOOL CAMPUS AND CLASSROOM FREE FROM BIAS ACTIONS OF “BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS" AND A TEACHER BREAKING SCHOOL RULES AND REGULATIONS?

WHY WOULD ANY SCHOOL OFFICIAL NOT PROTECT A CHILDS RIGHTS OR PARENTS RIGHTS, PROVIDING A UNSAFE SCHOOL AND LEARNING ENVIRONMENT, NOT TREAT A CHILD WITH DIGNITY RESPECT WITHOUT MALICE AND CONSPIRACY TO HIDE WRONGFUL ACTIONS OF STAFF COVERING UP FOR OTHERS, NEPOTISM PRACTICES AND INSTILL FEAR AND BULLY A CHILD AND FAMILY FOR PENAL CODE VIOLATIONS?

Can any Parent imagine when you drop off your child at school, as you drive away what might these Top School Officials do next to my child due to reporting complaints and School Violations?

HERE IS A LETTER INCLUDED TO THE NMUSD SCHOOL DISTRICT SUPERINTENDENT OFFICE AND MANY OTHERS RECEIVED THIS COPY INCLUDING BOARD MEMBERS FROM SCHOOL DISTRICT.

In Closing, I want this letter to be attached to my second claim(s) filed at the NMUSD, turned in June 13, 2011, my daughter and I deserve answers why NMUSD, past Superintendent, Jeffrey Hubbard, Susan Astarita, current Assistant Superintendent, Paul Reed, Deputy Superintendent, some of the Board Members, and other specific individuals named in the previous Claims did not follow through with following school policies, educational state law, and what is governed by the School Board. Additionally, I WAS TAKEN BACK WHEN I LOOKED AT the E-MAIL DATED
6-14-11 that I did not realize until a few days ago that was sent to EVERYONE FROM THE VERY BEGINNING OF WHEN I SPOKE AT THE BOARD THAT EVENING AND CONTINUED TO SPEAK TO YOU OVER THE PAST YEAR. A BOARD MEMBER EVEN SAID YOUR STORY DOESN'T MAKE SENSE after a board meeting and another board member asked me to condense my story into 1 sentence, I have been telling my story all along with the ENTIRE BOARD, JEFFREY HUBBARD, SUSAN ASTARITA, XXXXXX XXXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXX AS WELL AS OTHERS AND NONE OF THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN A SHOCK OR SURPRISE TO ANYONE BASED ON THE INFORMATION THAT I HAVE SUBMITTED, SINCE FEBRUARY 2011, AGAIN, WHAT HAPPENED? DON'T YOU THINK THAT A CHILD DESERVES ANSWERS AS TO WHY XXXXXXXXX WAS TREATED THE WAY SHE WAS AND HOW DIFFICULT FOR A PARENT TO EXPLAIN HOW THE LAWS ARE SET UP TO PROTECT EVERYONE AND SHE STILL ASKS "WHY HAS NOTHING STILL BEEN DONE MOMMY, WITH ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND ME ENCOURAGING YOU TO GO TO BOARD TO HELP OUR FAMILY AND OTHERS AND WHEN WILL THEY FINALLY LISTEN'?

NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH BULLYING, AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER HAVE TO DEAL WITH BULLYING FROM TOP SCHOOL OFFICIALS. WE AS PARENTS PLACE OUR CHILDREN IN YOUR HANDS FOR 6-7 HOURS PER DAY, AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THEM SAFE, TOO!!!
